Revised DRC Regulations are now available.
The Beaver Run Board of Directors has updated the Design and Review Regulations. Changes include allowing new composite materials for Decks, Deck Railings, Patio Fences, and Privacy Fences. There are two new sections at the end of the regulations on walkways and the appearance of yards and patio furniture.

Our office manager is currently building a residents' email database that will be used to provide quick notifications of important issues. All residents are encouraged to participate in this initiative by providing your email address to the office via email or telephone to Mary. Alternatively, residents can download & complete this simple form and mail it (or bring it in) with your next monthly payment. This form is also downloadable from the menu on the left.
The BRKCA Board is actively seeking new Members to fill open positions on the Board. Interested residents can review and apply for any open BRKCA Board Position here.
The Board meets at 7pm on the third Tuesday of each month. Meetings are held at the club house and are open to all residents. See the menu on the left for upcoming dates.
Have ideas or suggestions on how to make Beaver Run Knoll a better place to live? We want to hear from you! Feel free to send a letter to our office, include a note with your monthly dues, or send us an email. All residents are invited to attend our monthly meetings where you can discuss your suggestions or concerns directly with our Board Members.
Making a change to the outside of your home? Are you replacing windows, doors or maybe adding a patio or deck? Be sure to submit your plans to the Design and Review Committee prior to starting any work.
Properties are required to have their house numbers clearly visible from the street.
Our trash pick up day is Thursday! Please don't put any trash out at the curb before Wednesday night. Trash cans and recycle bins cannot be kept out front. They are to be placed on the curb, in front of your home, after 6pm on the evening before trash pick up. Please put your cans back behind your home on Thursday evening.
